Hygienic Check Valve

Our hygienic (sanitary) check valve is a non-return valve preventing back flow. Suitable for food processing and process applications, offering high flow rates in one direction only. The valve features a 316 stainless steel body, piston, and spring, with EPDM body and piston seals.

Sizes available: 1” (DN25), 1 1/2” (DN40), 2” (DN50), 2 1/2” (DN65), 3” (DN80), and 4” (DN100), with OD weld end connections. The valve has an internal finish to 0.4 micron, joint seals
are free from dead zones, removing the risk of bacteria and debris build up. The valve has a maximum working pressure of 10 Bar/150 PSI.

Alternative end connections available upon request (POA).
