Hygienic Weld End Diaphragm Valve

Our Hygienic (Sanitary) Diaphragm Valve is used in food processing and process applications for duties that include controlling, diverting, filling and dosing. It is an obvious choice for sterile and ultra-hygienic processes!

Continuous adjustment of flow can be easily undertaken using the built-in handwheel.

Features AISI 316 Stainless Steel contact parts (additional parts in 304 Stainless Steel) with EPDM diaphragm and handwheel operator.

Key features:

• Available in sizes: 1/2" to 2" OD weld ends.
• Temperature range: -10° C to +120° C.
• Maximum pressure: 10 Bar.

Joint seals in our hygienic valves are free from dead zones, removing the risk of bacteria and debris build up. Optional PTFE / EPDM composite diaphragm available upon request (POA).

Please note: This product is now supplied with a Black handwheel, not Blue as shown.
