Hygienic Pressure Relief Valve

Hygienic Pressure Relief Valve with AISI 316 Stainless Steel body, OD weld ends in sizes: 1" to 2". Suitable for hygienic, sanitary, dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical manufacturing applications where over pressure must be discharged in order to avoid damage to plant and / or personnel. Pressure relief or safety valves are specifically designed to prevent risks and potential failure caused by pressure surges within the line.

Features AISI 316 Stainless Steel, manually adjustable from 0 to 10 bar and operated in the normally closed position. Available in sizes: 1" to 2" OD weld ends.

Key features:

  • Pressure range: manually adjustable from 0 to 6 Bar.
  • Maximum inlet pressure: 10 Bar.
  • Internal finish: RA<0.8um.

    • Joint seals in our hygienic valves are free from dead zones, removing the risk of bacteria and debris build up.

    Alternative end connections available upon request (POA).
