Inoxpa 4800 Hygienic Butterfly Valve with Pneumatic Actuator
The Inoxpa 4800 Hygienic Butterfly Valve with Pneumatic Actuator is a Stainless Steel AISI 316L sanitary butterfly valve fitted onto a Spring Return pneumatic actuator with control top options. Connections are clamp or weld end to ASME BPE. EPDM Seal (-10°C to +120°C) according to FDA 177.2600A and valve surface is hygienically polished in sizes: DN25 (1") to DN100 (4"). The SR pneumatic actuator fits onto the valve via a mounting bracket and when assembled offers on/off automatic isolation. Additional options are offered with either standard feedback CTOP switches or Feedback switches with in- built pilot solenoid valve.
Compact and robust our sanitary actuated butterfly valve, performs under most arduous duties offering automatic operation with perfect isolation. The standard unit accepts pilot air into the top of the actuator, whereas the units with CTOP accepts pilot air from the side, both sized using a minimum air supply of 5.5 Bar. The C-TOP + control top offers single acting actuation solenoid valve and 2 position feedback switches or just feedback switches. Both are enclosed in a housing that can be installed in any food processing, beverage or biopharmaceutical industry. The C-TOP+ unit contains three LEDs indicating the operating status.
