Inoxpa 72700 Hygienic Check Valve

The Inoxpa 72700 Hygienic Check Valve is a Stainless Steel AISI 316L sanitary check valve with clamp or weld end connections to ASME BPE. EPDM Seal (-10°C to +120°C) according to FDA 177.2600A and valve surface is hygienically polished in sizes: DN25 (1") to DN100 (4").

The check valve opens when the pressure of the fluid exceeds the pressure exerted by the spring. When the two pressures are compensated, the valve closes. A higher counter pressure will ensure the valve closes. When there are two pumps operating alternately, the check valves are installed at the outlet of each pump to prevent the backflow when the pump is stopped. The obturation disc is provided with a perforation for a minimal circulation flow to avoid water stagnancy.

The valve is suitable for food processing, beverage, wine making, chemical, cosmetic and oil making.
