Mars Ball Valve Series 77SN 3 Piece Hygienic Tri-Clamp in sizes: 1/2" to 4". A high performance, fully maintainable, Stainless Steel three piece full bore ball valve with cavity filled PTFE seat and ISO mounting top.

Suitable for on / off operation, food processing, pharmaceutical and high velocity sanitary applications.

Body seals are easy to replace and / or maintain in-line without the need for disassembly, simply by dropping the swing out body.

Live loaded stem packing compensates for wear and fluctuations.

All materials comply with FDA requirements. Suitable for CIP / SIS in-line cleaning.

Key features:

Available in Tri-Clamp, sizes: 1/2" to 4".

Temperature range: -20 °C to 180°C.

Operating pressure: 1/2" to 2" 1000 PSI and 2 1/2" to 4" 800 PSI.

Insulated grip, lockable lever handle.

Movement: 90° turn.

All sanitary valve components are cleaned and inspected to ensure they are free from contamination of grease, dust and additional hydrocarbon residues.
