Pneumatic Actuated Hygienic Ball Valve

Our Pneumatic Actuated Hygienic Ball Valve is a fully maintainable three piece sanitary ball valve; particularly suited for on / off operation, food processing, pharmaceutical and high velocity sanitary applications. A pneumatically actuated high performance full bore valve with Stainless Steel body and cavity filled PTFE seats.

All materials comply with FDA requirements. Suitable for CIP / SIS in-line cleaning.

Actuation is either Single or Double acting with a range of configurable options including limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners.

In addition, our pneumatic quarter turn rack and pinion actuator is sized with a 30% safety factor built-in, requiring a pilot pressure of 5.5 Bar and benefits from a Namur interface for both pilot solenoid valve and switchbox.

Key features:

• Available in Tri Clamp or Weld End, sizes 1/2" to 4".
• Temperature range: -20°C to 180°C.
• Operating pressure: 1/2" to 2" 1000 PSI and 2 1/2" to 4" 800 PSI.

Sanitary valve components are cleaned and inspected to ensure they are free from contamination of grease, dust and additional hydrocarbon residues.

Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valves are designed to meet the demanding needs of today's process flow control requirements. During build up all actuated packages are rigorously inspected and 100% factory tested prior to dispatch.
